Arrowhead and Rice Lake Intersection

This job, at one of the busiest intersections in Duluth, had a little bit of everything. From milling and filling, safety improvements, and a box culvert to adding a turn lane and completely reconstructing a large portion of the job, including underground utilities. During the scope of the work, KGM kept access to the few businesses in the area.
